1. Information We Collect

Contact & Booking Information Name, service address, email, mobile phone number, home phone, preferred contact method, service preferences, access instructions, special requests.

Payment Information Credit/debit card details (processed securely via Stripe – we do not store full card numbers).

SMS / Text Message Data Mobile number, opt-in records, message content, delivery status, consent timestamps.

Website & Technical Data IP address, browser type, pages visited, time/date of visits, cookies/analytics data.

We do not collect sensitive personal information (health data, biometric data, precise geolocation, etc.) unless you voluntarily provide it for service purposes.

3. SMS / Text Message Compliance – A2P / TCPA / CTIA / 10DLC

All text messages are sent through 10DLC-registered, TCR-approved campaigns.

Transactional/service messages require prior consent (given when you provide your mobile number for booking/service).

Marketing messages require prior express written consent (clear opt-in on website/forms + double opt-in confirmation where feasible).

We do not send SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco).

SMS consent records: duration of consent + reasonable period for compliance proof

Website analytics: up to 26 months

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
