Welcome to Houston Sparkle Diva Cleaners (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Texas-based provider of residential and commercial cleaning services. By using our website, booking a service, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services
We provide standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleanup, office cleaning, carpet/upholstery cleaning, window cleaning, and related services using insured, background-checked professionals and eco-friendly products where applicable.
2. Booking & Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit (if required).
Cancellation Policy: 48+ hours notice → no fee Less than 48 hours → 50% fee Less than 24 hours → full charge
Arrival windows may be adjusted due to traffic or prior job overruns; we will notify you as soon as possible.
3. Pricing & Payment
All pricing is quoted upfront and includes labor, standard supplies, and travel within our service area.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store full credit card details.
Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Provide safe and unobstructed access to the property (keys, access codes, or on-site presence).
Secure or remove pets, valuables, and fragile items prior to service.
Inform us of any known hazards (mold, biohazards, pests, structural issues, etc.).
Provide adequate parking or parking instructions.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge within 72 hours, subject to availability.
6. SMS / Text Message Communications – A2P / TCPA / CTIA / 10DLC Compliance
We may send text messages for:
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Service updates and arrival notifications
Post-service follow-ups or satisfaction surveys
Marketing / promotional offers only with your prior express written consent
Compliance commitments:
All text messages are sent through 10DLC-registered, Campaign Registry (TCR)-approved campaigns.
Transactional / service messages require prior consent (provided when you give us your mobile number for booking or service purposes).
Marketing / promotional messages require prior express written consent (obtained via clear opt-in language on forms, websites, or verbal agreements followed by double opt-in confirmation where applicable).
Every message includes: Clear sender identification (“Houston Sparkle Diva Cleaners” or similar) Reply STOP to unsubscribe Reply HELP for assistance “Msg & data rates may apply”
We do not send messages containing SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco).
We do not use autodialers or artificial/prerecorded voice for marketing without written consent.
Opt-out requests (STOP) are processed immediately; you will receive one confirmation message. Transactional messages necessary to complete your service may continue.
7. Liability & Insurance
We carry general liability insurance.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by undisclosed conditions.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service session.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas (or the county where the service was performed).
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
